Everyday is a Holiday is Jenny Holiday & Aaron Nieradka, a duo of artists from the New Jersey Shore. We have been living the artful life together for nearly two decades. Specializing in everything from antique furniture restoration and murals, to having a retail shop and hand painted furniture & home décor collection. Our designs have been sold at top retailers such as Michaels, Barnes and Noble, Paper Source, and in boutiques and shops worldwide. We’re the designers behind the ubiquitous Keep Calm And Have A Cupcake line of stationery and gifts available everywhere. Our artwork has graced the pages of magazines such as Country Living, Country Home, Woman’s Day Decorating Ideas, Design New Jersey, Romantic Homes, Somerset Life, Somerset Studio, Where Women Cook, Art Journaling Magazine, Yahoo.com, and The New York Times Magazine. Our work has also been featured on NBC’s Today Show.
We’ve been instructors at many national venues including Silver Bella in Omaha, NE, The Creative Connection in St. Paul, MN, Art Opera in Red Bank, NJ, Art Is…You in Stamford, CT, and Memphis TN, Artistic Affaire in Los Angeles, CA, and Once Upon a Christmas in Charleston, SC.
In 2014 we debuted our first collection of scrapbooking papers, accessories, and embellishments, entitled "The Sweet Life" for Melissa Frances. The entire collection was designed using our original paintings. Hand painting the highly detailed paper patterns from scratch was definitely a challenge, but we absolutely love the results. We think the collection is unlike anything else out there. You can find it at Blue Moon Scrapbooking, Scrapbook.com, and shops around the world.
Our first book, Mixed Media Masterpieces with Jenny & Aaron, from Page Street publishing, is in stores now and we’re very excited about it! Lot’s of great Mixed Media art projects and Art Journaling galore. You can find it on Amazon, Barnes and Noble, Powells, Books a Million, and Michaels.
We blog about life here on the Jersey Shore with our two chihuahuas Carlos and Lieutenant Dan, day trips, art projects, DIY's, recipes, collecting, and some behind the scenes of running a handmade business from home. Come visit us here: Everyday is a Holiday Blog
